The client hereto agrees as follows:

JT. Concierge Services and it’s employees agree to provide services stated in this agreement in a reliable and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, all customers, family and or associate expressly waives any and all claims against JT. Concierge Services or its employees unless arising from gross negligence on the part of JT Concierge Services LLC.

  CANCELLATION POLICIES: All bookings cancellations must be received within 48 hours before pickup time with no charge. 
“NOTE” Cancellations occurring after 48 hour notice prior will result in full charges. 

Johnest transportation and concierge services reserve the right to deny service or terminate service because of safety concerns, financial concerns, or inappropriate or uncomfortable situations..


Bad Check Policy:

EMERGENCIES: JT Concierge Services requires you to have a responsible party to care for you in the event of unforeseen circumstances or in the event of inclement weather

or natural disaster. It is best your emergency contact is a neighbor so they can reach your home. JT Concierge Services is not responsible for riders under this circumstances.
