JTC provide Private and Medicaid transportation for individual who need assistance getting to and from their appointments, most NEMT providers charge a base fee, mileage, and waiting time fee, depending on the services needed. All Medicaid insurance benefit riders will need prior approval scheduling for a pickup. Below is our Ambulatory self-pay rate. Medicaid client can call Transdev at 877-725-0569 to get your trip approved.
Ambulatory Private Rates
. Base rate Plus – 3.26 per mile charge
. Waiting-time Fee (30 mins) $15.00
. Attendant Fees $25.00
. Unloaded Mileage Fee $1.03 per mile
Scheduled ride minimum Fare $25.00
. No-show and cancellation Fee $25.00.00 (check cancellation policy)
NOTE# ALL TRAVELS BEYOND JTC. EIGHT MILES RADIUS SERVICES WILL INCUR A UNLOADING FEE OF $1.03 PER MILE.
